I'm taking a break from all day sunday homework day. dang, it sucks. Darn procrastination! But I just love this song, and it's been on replay on my iPod and itunes all day. And if I have to write another sentence on Milton Hershey, i'm gonna scream out the window.

anyway, this weekend has been prime. i spent Thursday doing nothing, which was kinda lame. I can't just sit around and do nothing, it's not my personality. Friday, I spent the day at Lagoon with my Kylee, then we went to night games at Oak Hills with Casey, Abby, Larry, Dillon, Taylor, Junho and Josh. that was a blast too. then I spent all saturday waiting to go to Frightmares at night with Kylee, and that was fun too. 

although those frightmares characters don't ever carry on a conversation with me. And we met hot sophmores in line for the Spider! ohhh baby, those boys were fine. And then the grown men sitting next to me on Wicked were giggling. yes, GIGGLING. 

and then me and Josh decided that all the weird stuff happens to me. why me? oh well, I like weirdness and awkwardness. it's just how I roll:)

I'm singin' in the rain

Teenage girl emotion switch up! I'm pretty happy right now. Off the walls happy. Bouncing around the house happy. Dancing and singing in the rain/snow happy (yes. it is the first week or october and it has snowed in Utah. I'm hoping for an early SKI SEASON!) Floating on a cloud happy.

I'm just happy as a clam. or as happy as an Emmie.

2. I discovered a new band called Boyve Avenue. they make acoustic covers to radio songs. and since everyone knows how much I hate radio music... But I love them so much I could die. DIE.

today, i just heard the glee version of this song. Now I've only seen about three full episodes of Glee, and it was the grossest moment of my life. talk about innapropriate. but the music is to DIE FOR! It is amazing, I know that. But....

they totally butchered this song. for a few reasons. autotuned (waaaay too much). and it doesn't feel like it has the meaning behind it. it just sounds like a top 40 song. and if there is one thing you need to know about me is that I CANNOT STAND RADIO MUSIC. autotune autotune autotune.

it's kind of amazing that i'm related to my mother. she lives for radio music and Bruno Mars and all that electronic stuff. the only artists we can agree on are he is we, Colbie Callait and Kate Nash. But who in the world is going to question the musical genuis of kate nash? hmmm?
